Our Services
1. Jobs in Hospitality
We connect applicants with seasonal and long-term roles in the U.S. hospitality industry including hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Basic English skills
- 18-30 years old
2. Au Pair
Live with a host family and care for children while exploring American culture. Ideal for young people with childcare experience.
Requirements:
- 18–26 years old
- Childcare experience
- Driver’s license (preferred)
- Conversational English
3. Study Abroad
We assist students with applications, visas, and scholarships to pursue their degrees in the USA.
Requirements:
- High school or tertiary qualification
- Academic transcripts
- Statement of purpose
Meet the Founder
Xolani Mzileni is a passionate youth development leader and education advocate from South Africa. Having risen from the township himself, Xolani knows firsthand the challenges and potential of young people in underserved communities. After receiving a scholarship to study in the United States, he made it his mission to help others access the same life-changing opportunities. Xolani holds multiple academic honors, has spoken on global stages like the UN, and works relentlessly to ensure township youth can also rise beyond borders.
